International Leaders in Hearing Research
The Center for Hearing Research is comprised of 13 laboratories, with a focus on translational hearing research. Scientists, research audiologists, laboratory staff and trainees work in a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment on a broad range of research topics related to human auditory perception. An important goal of the center is to extend research findings from the laboratory to the clinic, to improve the lives of individuals with hearing loss and other communication challenges.
