Brain Development and Language: Studying Language Development in Children
Researchers at the Boys Town National Research Hospital Institute of Human Neuroscience are studying how the brain functions in children with and without language disorders. Our goal is to better understand the impact of developmental language disorder on the brain and cognition. Your child’s participation will help us learn more about the precise brain and biological mechanisms behind this disorder, with the goal of developing better and more cost-effective interventions.
